Web service that calculates national holidays for the US.

  Get the holidays for a date range.
• GetHolidaysAvailable
  Get the available holidays.
• GetHolidayDate
  Get the date of a specific holiday.
• GetHolidaysForMonth
  Get the holidays for a specific month.

  Get the holidays for an entire year.
